Orthodox clergy arrive in typhoon-stricken Tacloban

Priest Kirill Shkrabul, who serves in Taiwan, visited the Philippines on a humanitarian mission November 11-13, with the blessing of Mark, Archbishop of Egoriev. Accompanying him was Monk Philip (Balingit), who organized the visit.
