Father SilouanWith the blessing of His Eminence Pavel, Metropolitan of Manila and Hanoi, the Philippines and Vietnam diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church conducted a seminar for the clergy on “Christmas Readings” in Makalangot, Arakan, Philippines. The seminar was organized by the secretary of the diocese, Hieromonk Kornily (Molev). Priest George Maximov, PhD in Theology, was invited to be the guest speaker.
The seminar was held on November 3/16 after the Divine Liturgy for Saint George, in the church of Saint Seraphim of Sarov in Makalangot, celebrated by Hieromonk Kornily (Molev), Priest George Maximov, Priest Moses Cahilig, Priest Romanus Buniel, Priest Joachim Gonzales, Priest Nicholas Salgado, Priest Ambrose Sumagaysay, Dather Deacon Matthew Sale, and Deacon Alexey Bergado.
