Patronal Feast at St John’s

October 12 is the feast of uncovering of the relics of St John of Shanghai (1993). In Kapehan, Santa Maria, the parish of St John of Shanghai observes this as their patronal feast day. On the twelfth, a festal Divine Liturgy was served by Hieromonk Korniliy (Molev), the Secretary of the Philippines-Vietnamese diocese, with participation of priest Joakim Gonzalez and deacon John Mahinay. Six catechumens were baptized after the Liturgy. May God grant them many years!
