A child’s mission gift

The most touching donation we have received: This week, a little girl shyly handed me all her savings as a gift for the Philippine Mission.

I later found out that she and her family save change all year long in order to buy fireworks for the Fourth of July. This year they decided instead to find a place to give these coins for the work of the Lord – and by God’s grace, they chose this mission. What a humbling gift! May God reward this little one and her family many times over.
